How do I access the User Manager?
To open the dashboard, follow these steps:
Login to your Signagelive Network as an Administrator
Select Settings
Select Users
How can I browse and filter my Users?
You can browse your user list using the Search function (by Name or Email Address) or by using the drop-down filters.
Please Note
The list is filtered to show Enabled users by default. If you cannot see a specific user, they may be disabled. Change the Status filter to All to find them.
You can filter and organize your view using the following menus:
Selection Tools: Select All / None.
Status: Filter by Enabled (Default), Disabled, or All
Role: Filter by specific permissions (Administrator, User, Local User, Message Manager, Read Only)
Bulk Actions: Delete, Enable, or Disable selected users
Sorting Users
You can sort the list of Users by clicking on any of the headers (Name, Email, Role, etc.).
Click once: Sorts in Descending order.
Click again: Sorts in Ascending order.
Reset: Click the X next to the sort tag (located below the search bar) to return to the default view.
Note: You can currently only sort by one column at a time.
How do I create a new User?
To add a new user, click the Plus (+) icon in the User Manager toolbar.

Can I reset a User's Password?
Yes. If a user has lost their password, you do not need to know their old one. You can trigger a system email to their registered address:
Select the User.
Click the Resend Password button.

Can I disable a User?
Yes. Disabling a user prevents them from logging in but preserves their account settings. This is useful for temporary staff or leaves of absence.
How do I enable a disabled User?
To restore access to a user who was previously disabled:
Navigate to Settings > Users.
Ensure your Status filter is set to All or Disabled (so you can see them).
Tick the box next to the user(s).
Select Enable.
Can I remove a User from my Signagelive Network?
Yes. Removing a user permanently deletes their access and information from this specific Network
Please Note:
Removing a user from this Network does not remove them from any other Networks they may belong to. To remove them completely from Signagelive, you must repeat these steps on every Network they have access to, or contact Support for assistance:
