When you are adding licences to your Signagelive Network then you will either be adding your first licence, or adding renewals so that you can extend the service on a currently activated licence. If you are adding your first licence, then the instructions in this article will help you.
Adding your Licences to your Network
When you purchase a licence from Signagelive, you will be sent a 16 digit licence code. This must be uploaded to the Signagelive Network that you wish to use it on.
To add a new or renew a licence to your Network, you should follow these steps:
- Login to your Signagelive account as an Administrator
- Select Settings
- Select Licences
- Select Add Licences
- Type or copy the 16 digit (including -) into the text box, you can add multiple licences by adding one per line
- Read and accept the End User Agreement
- Select Save
You will be shown a notification to say your the total number of licences have been successfully added to your Signagelive Network. If any were not added, you will also be shown any number of licences were not added to your Network and you can speak with the Support Team via Live Chat to find out why.
