How to log in to Signagelive?

The following guide will assist you in logging into your Signagelive Network. Before you start, we suggest reading through the steps if you need help, as the login process for Signagelive can differ depending on your stage.


How to access Signagelive

Once your Signagelive account has been set up, accessing our service is straightforward:

  1. Using a modern web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari), please navigate to https://login.signagelive.com.

  2. You are now on the Signagelive Login Page, ready to enter your credentials.

We know some Signagelive users access their accounts by visiting our company website and then clicking the Login button. This is perfectly fine! Doing so will simply direct you to the Signagelive Login Page, as described above.

If you have recently gained access to a Signagelive Network, or need to log in using Active Directory, please refer to the relevant sections below. 👇


You have just been given access to a Signagelive Network

If an Administrator, Reseller, or your Signagelive Account Manager has just provided you with access to a Signagelive Network, here's what you can expect:

  1. You will receive an email with the subject “You have been given access to a Signagelive network”, confirming your new access.

  2. You will also receive a secondary email with an "Activate in Signagelive" link. You must click this link.

  3. Clicking the link will direct you to a login page where you will be prompted to enter your desired password twice for security reasons.

  4. Once you have successfully entered your password, you will need to click the 'Save' button.

  5. After clicking Save, you will be automatically logged into Signagelive. To gain full access, you must click on the name of your Signagelive network.

Creating your own Signagelive Account

If you do not have a Signagelive account and you will be creating this yourself, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Using a modern web browser, please navigate to https://login.signagelive.com

  2. You will now be on the Login Page, where you must click the I've purchased a Licence, Get Started button.

  3. You will now be taken to the "Create a new Signagelive account" page, where you must enter your Email, First Name, Last Name, Password and an unused Licence Code.

  4. Once complete, please read and tick the I have read and agree to the End User Agreement option and then click Create my Account.

Log in to Signagelive with Active Directory (SSO)

Signagelive also supports logging in via Active Directory (Single Sign-On or SSO) services, such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Pingfederate, and OneLogin, if these have been configured for your Signagelive account.

If SSO has been configured for your Signagelive Account, the steps you would need to take are:

  1. Click "Login with SSO".

  2. Enter your Organisational Unit name. You will then be logged in to Signagelive.

  3. Alternatively, the SSO setup guide document you received with your Access Token will provide a full login URL. You can use this direct URL to log in as well.

    • An example of how this URL looks is https://samlapi.signagelive.com/sso/v2/signon/xx (where xx is a unique number associated with your Organisational Unit that will be shared within your supplied SSO setup guide.


FAQs

I have forgotten my password. What steps should I take? 

If you've forgotten your password, visit https://login.signagelive.com and click the "Forgot password?" link. You will then be guided through the steps to reset it.

I didn't receive an activation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact your Signagelive Administrator, Reseller, or Signagelive Account Manager, as they may need to resend the invitation or verify your email address.

My licence code isn't working when trying to create a new account.

Make sure you enter an unused license code. If you believe the code is correct and has not been used, contact Signagelive Support for help.

Can I log in from any web browser?

Yes, you can log in using any modern, up-to-date modern web browser. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
