The following guide will help you log into your Signagelive Network. Before you begin, we recommend you read through the following steps if you need help, as the process required to log in to Signagelive can vary depending on the stage you are at.

Step One: How to access Signagelive
Once your Signagelive account has been configured to access our service, you will need to follow these simple steps:
Using a modern web browser, please navigate to https://login.signagelive.com
You will now be on the Login Page, where you can log in accordingly.
💻 Using the Signagelive Website to access Signagelive
We know that some Signagelive Users access their Signagelive account via our company website and then click the Login button. This is absolutely fine, and once done, it will simply take you to Step 2, as outlined above.
If you have just been given access to a Signagelive Network or need to log in with Active Directory, then please read the following sections below. 👇
Step Two: You have been given access to a Signagelive Network
If your Administrator, Reseller, or Signagelive account manager has just provided you with access to a Signagelive Network, this will be your experience:
You will receive an email with the subject “You have been given access to a Signagelive network", confirming your access.
You will also receive a secondary email with an Activate in Signagelive link, which you must click. You will then be taken to a Login Page where you must enter your desired password twice for security purposes.
As per the above, if you need assistance setting your password, we recommend you follow our Setting Passwords and Their Requirements guide.
When you have successfully entered your desired password, you will need to click the Save button.
Once you click the Save button, you will be automatically logged into Signagelive. To gain access, you must click on the name of your Signagelive Network.

Step Three: Creating your own Signagelive Account
If you do not have a Signagelive account and you will be creating this yourself, you will need to follow these steps:
Using a modern web browser, please navigate to https://login.signagelive.com
You will now be on the Login Page, where you must click the I've purchased a Licence, Get Started button.
You will now be taken to the "Create a new Signagelive account" page, where you must enter your Email, First Name, Last Name, Password and an unused Licence Code.
Once complete, please read and tick the I have read and agree to the End User Agreement option and then click Create my Account.

Step Four: Log in to Signagelive with Active Directory
It is also possible with Signagelive (if configured) to access your Signagelive Network with Active Directory services, such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Pingfederate and OneLogin.
If these had been configured for your Signagelive Account, then the steps you would need to take would be as follows:
Navigate to https://login.signagelive.com, click “Login with SSO”, enter your Organisational Unit name, and then you will be logged in to Signagelive.
Alternatively, the SSO setup guide document you received with your Access Token will provide a full login URL. You can then use this URL to log in, too.
An example of how this URL looks is https://samlapi.signagelive.com/sso/v2/signon/xx
(xx being a number unique to your associated Organisational Unit that will be shared within the supplied SSO setup guide).
