On June 24th, 2024, we made a change to our proxy servers to enable OCSP Stapling; which essentially means validation can come directly from our own servers rather than our TLS provider.

Since making this change, we have observed a small subset of Signagelive Players have stopped connecting (this has primarily impacted older Samsung SSP devices so far but is not exclusive to just this Player type). Therefore, if you notice your Player is failing to connect to Signagelive, please reboot your Player and then ensure your device is connected to the internet. This will resolve the issue.
