Should our Support Team convert your query into an ongoing ticket, you can always check the latest updates on this by viewing your open ticket with us. To do this:
Click the Live Chat modal located in the bottom right-hand side of your Signagelive Network or from our homepage
Click on the Tickets tab
From here, you should see any tickets you currently have open with us, and you can click on any of them to see the status or add further comments should you wish.
Please Note
Depending on whether you have a ticket or a conversation open with us will determine where you can see your current open cases with our Signagelive Team. In the event you do not find what you are looking for under the Tickets tab, please check the Messages tab instead.
