How to raise an issue with Support?

You can easily contact our Support Team. The best way to do this is by starting a chat, and there are several ways to do this.


Start a chat from your Signagelive account

This is the fastest way to get help, as we'll already know who you are.

  1. Log in to your Signagelive account.

  2. Click the blue chat icon with 3 dots in the bottom-right corner

  3. Click "Ask a question" and type your message

  4. Press Enter to send

What happens next?

Our Signagelive Bot will instantly offer some helpful articles. If these don't solve your issue, just click "Talk to a person," and you'll be connected directly with one of our support agents.


Send our team an e-mail

If your issue isn't urgent or you need to include lots of detail, email is a great option.

  1. Open your preferred email app (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).

  2. Compose a new email to [email protected].

  3. Be as detailed as possible: Please include screenshots, player details, or any error messages you see. The more information you provide, the quicker we can find a solution for you.

What happens next? Your email creates a support ticket, and our next available agent will reply to you.

If you're not logged into your account, you can still reach us through our main website or our Help Centre.

  1. Go to signagelive.com or support.signagelive.com.

  2. Look for the blue chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

  3. Follow the same steps as you would if you were in your account.
