Here are the different ways to start a conversation and raise your issue with our Support team.
Via our Messenger (in your Signagelive Network)
This is often the quickest way to get help directly from your Signagelive Network.
Here's how to do it:
When logged into your Signagelive Network, look for the Messenger icon (it usually looks like a blue speech bubble) in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser window. When ready, please click on it.
A small window will pop up. From either the "Home" tab or the "Messages" tab, click on "Ask a question."
Type in your question or describe your issue clearly in the message box.
Once you're done typing, hit "Send" (or press Enter on your keyboard).
What happens next?
You'll instantly start a new conversation with our helpful Signagelive Bot. This clever bot will try its best to answer your question right away by providing relevant articles or information.
Don't worry if the bot can't answer your question! We understand that some issues need a human touch. At any point, if the bot isn't helping, you'll see an option to "Talk to a person." Simply click on this, and your conversation will be smoothly handed over to a member of our Signagelive Support team, who will be happy to help you further.
Via an Email to our Team
If you prefer to send an email, that's fine, too! This is an excellent option if your issue isn't urgent or you need to provide more detail.
Here's how to do it:
Open your email client (like Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
Compose a new email and send your query directly to our Support Team at: [email protected]
Please include as much detail as possible about your issue. The more information you provide, the faster we can help you!
What happens next?
Your email will be sent directly to our Support Team.
When our next available agent picks up your email, they will respond to your conversation. Just like with Messenger, this conversation might initially involve our Signagelive Bot gathering some basic information, but you'll always have the option to "Talk to a person" if you need direct human assistance.
Via the Signagelive Website
You can also start a conversation with us directly from our main Signagelive website; however, this is more for new users.
Here's how to do it:
Go to the Signagelive website: https://signagelive.com
Look for the Messenger icon (again, usually a blue speech bubble) in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
Click on it and follow the same steps when using the Messenger in your Signagelive Network (as described in section 1 above).
As mentioned, this experience is slightly different from within your Signagelive Network, but there is an option to connect with our Support Team.
What happens next?
Similar to the in-network Messenger, you'll begin a conversation with our Signagelive Bot. If the bot cannot fully resolve your query, you can always choose to "Talk to a person" to connect with our Support Team.
Via our Help Centre
Our Help Centre is a valuable resource of information, and it's also an excellent place to get in touch with us!
Here's how to do it:
Visit our Help Centre at: https://support.signagelive.com
Once on the Help Centre page, you'll again find the Messenger icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
Click on this icon and follow the familiar steps of "Ask a question," typing your query, and sending it.
What happens next?
You'll be connected with our Signagelive Bot, which will try to provide immediate answers. If your issue requires further assistance, simply choose the "Talk to a person" option, and a Support agent will jump in to help you out.
