In the event that you do not see the URL Launcher or Change URL screens when pressing the Home button, this means your panel is set to load into MagicInfo as opposed to the LFD Launcher.
To ensure the device launches into the LFD Launcher you will need to:
Use the Source button to change to HDMI, DVI, etc.
When switched, please click on the Menu button.
Please now select the System option.
Please now scroll down to locate the "Play Via" option.
You will need to ensure that LFD Launcher is selected under the "Play Via" setting.
Once stored, if you restart the panel the LFD Launcher will load instead of the Magicinfo tools.
Migrating from MagicInfo on Tizen 7.0 devices (QMC, QHC and QBC models)
Press the Home button
Navigate to the Settings Menu
Select System
Scroll down to the Play Via option, and change this from MagicInfo to Custom App
Once complete, press Home again then head to the Favourites tab
Locate the App Management application and select it
Enter the URL http://clients.signagelive.com/samsungsoc/latest/v4 then launch
