Why is my Signagelive network disabled?

Don't worry if your Signagelive network appears disabled – the reason is simple!

Since September 2019, networks have been automatically disabled 14 days after their last license expires. This doesn't delete your network, but it does mean you'll need to reactivate it should this event occur.

How to Reactivate Your Network:

To reactivate your Signagelive network, just send a quick message to our friendly Support Team via Email ([email protected]), Help Centre, or perhaps call us.

The following article will help you if it's the first time contacting us:

We'll reactivate your network as quickly as possible! Once reactivated, the 14-day countdown will begin again if you don't have any active licenses.
