A Signagelive Network is where you will add your Players, Media, and Users and be able to monitor the success of your signage. Therefore, as a new user, the following guide will help you create a Signagelive Network for the first time.
To help you with this process, we’ve broken the guide down into different stages to give you the best possible guidance on completing this process without issue.
Step 1: Requirements before you create a Signagelive Network
The following list are things you will need before you create a Signagelive Network:
Please log in to your Signagelive Account using this guide.
To create your Signagelive network, you must have at least 1 unused Signagelive licence. Otherwise, you will not be able to complete this process.
When creating your Signagelive Network, you must also include a Network Name, Name, and Email, provide at least one Licence Code and confirm you have read our End User Agreement when creating your Signagelive Network.
Step 2: What is a Signagelive Network?
When you use our service to control your devices, media, scheduling, reports, and users, we provide you with a Signagelive Network. A Signagelive Network is essentially a repository that ensures you keep everything related to this customer, user, or organisation in one defined area when controlling their digital signage.
Step 3: How to create a Signagelive Network?
Before you begin, please pay close attention to the following:
Please Note - For you to successfully create a Signagelive Network, you must have at least one unused licence at your disposal and be ready to use. If you are yet to purchase a licence, please contact your Reseller or our Sales Team at [email protected]
The following steps will take you through how to create a Signagelive network:
First, you must ensure you are logged in to your Signagelive account. If you need any help with this process, please refer to this guide.
Once logged in, you will be taken to your “My Signagelive” page for the first time. This is the screen where you will see all of the Signagelive Networks you have listed, which you can access at any time.
When you are ready, please now click the New Network button.
Next, you must complete the New Network form shown with as much information as you wish to provide. (Network Name, Name, Email and Licence fields are mandatory and must be completed)
You must have added at least one unused licence to complete the process.
Please then read the End User Agreement and tick the "I have read and agree to the End User Agreement" box when you are finished.
Please now click on the green Create button to create your network.
You will now be presented with your Signagelive Dashboard for your newly created network. You can use your account to connect your devices or create content in our Playlist or Layout Designer areas.
You have now successfully created your Signagelive network.
Please Note: The licence code or codes you enter when creating a Signagelive Network will automatically be added to your network. You will not need to then add them separately via the Licence Management feature.
