How to manage Signagelive network access requests

This article will outline how you can manage Network Access Requests raised by a user or a member of the Signagelive Support Team. First, head to the Settings > Grant Network Access menu and this will take you to the Manage Signagelive Network Access menu

  • If you are a user who has raised a request: you will be able to view the status of your pending requests here.

  • If you are an Administrator or a user with Network Access management permissions: you will be able to Approve or Reject any pending requests here. You will also be able to Revoke access to already-approved requests too.

If managing multiple requests, you can select filters from the drop-down menu to allow for easy organisation and navigation. As well as this, you will also be able to provide a Rejection Reason when rejecting a request.
