How to manage Signagelive network access requests

This article explains how to manage Network Access Requests raised by users or members of the Signagelive Support Team. To begin, go to Settings > Grant Network Access, which will take you to the Manage Signagelive Network Access menu.

  • If you are a user who raised a request: You can view the status of your pending requests here.

  • If you are an Administrator or a user with Network Access management permissions: You can approve or reject any pending requests and revoke access for already-approved requests.

To manage multiple requests, you can use the filters in the drop-down menu for easier organization and navigation. Additionally, you can provide a reason for rejecting a request.
