This article explains how to manage Network Access Requests raised by users or members of the Signagelive Support Team. To begin, go to Settings > Grant Network Access, which will take you to the Manage Signagelive Network Access menu.
If you are a user who raised a request: You can view the status of your pending requests here.
If you are an Administrator or a user with Network Access management permissions: You can approve or reject any pending requests and revoke access for already-approved requests.
You can use the filters in the drop-down menu to manage multiple requests for easier organization and navigation.
