Operating modes:
Pro Mode: In this mode, Pro settings are applied but remain hidden from the user.
Pro Settings Mode: This mode serves as the administration mode, allowing access to advanced settings. Here, you can configure the settings for Pro Mode.
Normal Mode: In this mode, the Pro settings are hidden, and the device functions like a standard Android device, allowing for regular use of various apps and features.
Switching between the different modes
To switch from Normal mode to Pro settings mode, follow these steps:
On the remote control, press the [HOME] button.
Select "Apps," then choose the "Pro settings” app.
Finally, select "Pro settings mode."
For some Sony models, you can also switch to Pro settings mode using the following button sequence on the remote control:
Info -> Mute -> Volume Up -> Home.
(Note that you may need to press these buttons a few times for the screen to respond to the command.)
To switch from Pro Settings mode to Pro mode, follow these steps:
1. On the remote control, press the [HOME] button.
2. Select ⚙️ Settings.
3. Navigate to Pro Settings.
4. Choose Start Pro Mode and confirm by selecting OK.
The screen will turn black and restart in Pro mode.
To switch from Pro mode to Pro settings mode, follow these steps:

Info -> Mute -> Volume Up -> Home. You may need to press each button a few times for the screen to respond to the command.
To switch from Pro settings mode to Normal mode, follow these steps:
On the remote control, select the Pro mode tool by pressing [HOME], then select Apps, Pro mode tool, and choose Normal mode.
