Fixed - 19th August 2024 (08:52 AM BST)

Our development team pushed a hotfix for this issue around 08:52 AM BST this morning (19th August 2024). Our User Interface is set to expire at 09:30 AM, so all Signagelive Users should automatically get the latest version of the interface with this fix from the time specified onwards.

It is also possible to force a browser to update to the latest version with this fix before that time by pressing CTRL+F5. (If applicable)

We have identified an issue with using the Signagelive user interface on Mozilla Firefox version 129.0 and above (BETA versions).

If you try to add an asset to a Playlist in a position between two other assets, it will not work. A temporary workaround is to add your asset to the last position of your Playlist and then re-arrange your content so that it is in your desired position.

Alternatively, earlier versions of Firefox (128 and below) will not exhibit this issue.

We're looking to patch this issue. In the meantime, we recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox version 128 and below.

We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. As soon as we have further updates, we will update this article accordingly.
