Answer:

Data is stored within the AWS London region and is encrypted at rest and in transit.

  • Data in Transit: Data in transit is only available over TLS1.2 and above

  • Data at rest: Screenshots are stored in AWS S3 which is encrypted using a dedicated encryption key

Credentials are stored in AWS Secret Manager which is encrypted using a dedicated encryption key.

Other data - e.g. website and webpage configuration and synchronization logs are stored with AWS
RDS and are encrypted at rest using a custom encryption key.
