Credentials and API keys are stored within AWS Secret Manager using a custom encryption key. Screenshot data is stored within AWS S3 and is encrypted at rest using a custom encryption key.

Other data - e.g. website and webpage configuration and synchronization logs are stored with AWS RDS and are encrypted at rest using a custom encryption key.

Media Players store only the data that is required for current and future content schedules, meaning that when an asset expires or is removed and the data is no longer required it is removed. Only the latest version of the data is stored on media players.
