Providing you are an Administrator or have the relevant permission levels, you will be able to enable access for User Groups to access the Network Levels you have access to. In this article, we will outline how you can go about doing this:

  • Head to Settings > Users

  • Along the left-hand side of this page, select the three dots next to the User Group you wish to edit [if a User Group does not yet exist then please create one using the blue + button on this same page]

  • Click Permissions

  • Click the Level Access tab

  • Tick the Level you would like to provide access to along with any Child Levels you may also wish to give this User Group access to

  • Select a Level Role from the Level Role drop-down menu (this will also include Custom Roles if you have Granular User Permissions enabled on your Signagelive Network)

  • Press Save

Upon completion of the above, users in this User Group will now have access to the selected Network Levels on your Signagelive Network.

Please Note

If you have access to Granular User Permissions and create a Custom Role on a particular Network Level, it’s worth noting that only the level the role was created on and all levels below this will inherit this Custom Role and therefore can be assigned to anyone who has access to this Level.
