The implementation of Hierarchies has also introduced a new user-interface experience when clicking on your Signagelive Network name. You’ll now get the option to switch between Signagelive Networks you have access to, as well as any Hierarchy Levels on these Networks you have access to. In this article, we will highlight how you can go about taking full advantage of these new features.
Switching between different Signagelive Networks
Click on your Signagelive Network name (located at the top middle when you log in)
Click the My Signagelive button located at the far left side of the screen (below the Edit cog)
Select the Signagelive Network you would like to access
Upon completion of the above, you will be taken to your chosen Signagelive Network and if Hierarchies is active on this Network, you’ll enter at the Hierarchy Level that you have access to (or wherever you last left off if you have access to multiple Levels).
Switching between different Network Levels
Click on your Signagelive Network name (located at the top middle when you log in)
You’ll now be greeted with the Network Level Switcher screen, and at this stage will be able to see all of the different Levels you have access to for the Signagelive Network you are currently logged into
Select the Network Level you would like to access
Upon completion of the above, you will now be taken to your chosen Network Level on the Signagelive Network that you are currently logged into.
