How to view and manage Connected Accounts within the Power BI App?

Once your Power BI accounts are linked, you can easily view and manage them within the Data Integrations application.

  1. Open Data Integrations: Go to the Data Integrations application.

  2. Select Power BI: Choose Power BI from the "My Integrations" section.

  3. Navigate to Accounts: Expand the Data Integrations sidebar (usually by clicking an arrow or icon) and then click on the "Power BI" drop-down menu within that sidebar. From there, select Accounts.

You'll now see a list of all your previously connected accounts, presented with these details:

  • NAME: Shows the name and email address associated with the connected account.

  • STATUS: Indicates the current connectivity status of the sync jobs linked to this account.

  • LAST USED: Displays the last time the account successfully connected to the Power BI API and captured content.

  • ACTION: Provides options to manage the account. You can delete the chosen account, or if the connection fails, you'll see an option to reconnect it.
