You can control the size of the captured image of your Power BI dashboard or report by following the steps below:
Open Data Integrations: Go to the Data Integrations application.
Select Your Sync Job: Under "My Integrations," choose Power BI. Then, click on the name of the Sync Job you want to edit (or click the three dots
...
and select "Edit").Go to Capture Section: Locate the "Capture" section on the "Overview" tab.
Set Capture Size: Under "Capture Size," you'll have two options:
Preset: Choose from a dropdown menu of standard dimensions (landscape or portrait).
Custom: Enter your own specific dimensions in pixels (width x height) in the "Size" field.
Save Changes: Once you've set your desired Capture Size, click Save at the top of the page. Your capture will update with the new dimensions during its next sync.
Please make sure your Power BI reports and dashboards are already set to scale correctly or are pre-sized to your desired capture dimensions. If your capture size is smaller than the original report/dashboard output, the captured image will be cropped.
