📰 / Update: 17th April - 16:45 PM BST | We're currently investigating an issue affecting Dashboard load times across all environments (Dev, QA, and Production). Users may notice that dashboards take longer than usual to display, and in some cases, a spinning graph icon is shown - this is the default loading indicator from Power BI.
As part of our initial troubleshooting, the team is implementing a temporary pause to delay screenshot capture, which may help alleviate the issue. Based on our monitoring, this behaviour began at approximately 20:41 yesterday evening.
No recent changes have been made to the Production environment, and we have not identified any internal updates that could have triggered this behaviour. Our priority is to restore normal performance, and we will continue investigating the root cause once stability is regained.

📰 / Update: 17th April - 12:07 PM BST | The PowerBI queue has now successfully caught up as per the previous update. Our Development Team is now continuing its investigation into the cause of this issue. |
📰 / Update: 17th April - 10:36 AM BST | The Power BI sync queue is currently experiencing delays. To help reduce the backlog, we’ve increased the number of processing pods and are closely monitoring the situation.
At this stage, we cannot begin full debugging until the queue has cleared. We’ll continue to update you on our progress. Thank you for your continued patience. |
📰 / Update: 17th April - 09:28 AM BST | We have become aware of an issue impacting PowerBI and related sync jobs. Our internal Technical Team noticed it, but several customers have also subsequently reported it.
