Scheduled Downtime

As part of our upcoming AWS migration (see article here), we’d like to inform you that scheduled maintenance will take place on February 24th, 2025, starting at 8 AM GMT. This maintenance is expected to last approximately 2 hours, during which our services may be temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to enhance the performance and reliability of our platform.

LG Video Playback Optimization

On February 25th, 2025, we’ll release the LG Client update (1.996), which includes improvements to video playback performance on LG devices, as well as the introduction of Remote Logging. This new feature allows our Support Team to enable and view logs remotely, eliminating the need for physical access to the LG device in case of specific issues. There will be no downtime as a result of this, and no action is needed on your end. Simply ensure your LG devices are connected to the internet and they will automatically update to the latest Signagelive client within 24 hours or whenever they are next rebooted.

Background Processes

In addition to the changes mentioned above, we’ll be performing maintenance across the Signagelive platform on the dates listed below as part of our AWS migration ahead of March 24th. For more details, please refer to this article.

We do not anticipate any downtime on the dates mentioned above, but as with all updates this can be subject to change depending on the circumstances on the day. If you have any concerns, please notify our Support Team at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
