We're pushing an update (1.30) to the Signagelive client for Samsung Tizen Players on Monday, November 11th.

This update patches an issue introduced on newer Samsung firmware versions in which Tizen 6.5 and 7.0 devices would exhibit non-gapless playback when transitioning from video to video.

From Monday at 9 AM - your Samsung Tizen Players will be updated automatically within 24 hours or when your device is next rebooted.

We anticipate no downtime during this update. However, please note that this is contingent upon the circumstances on the day of the update. We will keep you informed of any changes.
