Implementation of Acceptable Use Policy

Effective November 1st, 2024, we will implement an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) to ensure optimal performance and equitable access to the Signagelive platform for all users. This policy aims to maintain the quality and reliability of our service by establishing reasonable limits on platform usage and ensuring that users engage with the platform in a manner that supports its intended functionality, protects the integrity and security of the system, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Changes

The following key changes will be implemented by introducing the AUP and are defined in more detail in the policy itself [found here]. Which includes but is not limited to:

  • Details on Permitted and Prohibited Content

  • User Responsibilities

  • Fair Usage Policy - which outlines a set of newly-defined Platform Usage limitations (including file upload limits, API rate limits and more)

This policy applies to all users who access, manage, or display content on the Signagelive platform, including administrators, employees, and third-party contractors.

Next Steps

  1. Please take a moment to review the full End User Agreement incorporating the new Acceptable Use Policy, which can be found here: https://signagelive.com/eua-temp/

  2. If you have any concerns about how these changes might affect your specific use case, please feel free to contact our Commercial Team via [email protected].

  3. The new policy will take effect on 1st November 2024. Please ensure your usage aligns with the new guidelines by this date.

  4. By continuing to use the Signagelive platform from the date outlined above, you automatically accept the terms and conditions outlined in the AUP.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve our service for all users. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact our Support Team.

Thank you for your continued trust in our platform.
