After the Signagelive client for Series 5 devices was released, there were cases in which users had installed the incorrect client version (the version for the 4 series for example) and this would exhibit issues in some instances. The only fix for this was to reinstall Signagelive using the correct client.
Today, we're launching a fix in which any BrightSign Players that detect the wrong client will automatically migrate to the correct Signagelive client for the version of BrightSign they are running.
