- Added ability to dynamically update Players when incorrect Signagelive client version is detected.

- Added: PTP Domain configuration support
- Added: A visible on-screen cursor during interactive content when a player is in kiosk mode to aid user navigation and interaction
- Modified: Keypress events (other than those reserved for normal interrupts, ctrl+s or ctrl+i) are now correctly registered as user interactivity, and will thus trigger interactive kiosk content (Kiosk Mode Enabled)
