Latest Update (10th Jan 2024):
The backlog processing of the pending Proof of Play impression data has now been completed - all data should now be available.
STATUS UPDATES
8th Jan 2024 - a large amount of the backlog has already been processed. At the current rate we expect this to be completed within 48 hours.
4th Jan 2024 - all pending data was uploaded to the processing server and additional services were dispatched to work through the backlog as quickly as possible.
ISSUE SUMMARY
It was observed that one of the two servers responsible for collecting Proof of Play log data from players was storing the data, but not uploading it for processing. This has resulted in incomplete impression data, predominately for December 2023, but in some cases also a minor amount of data for November.
