How should I schedule my player on/off time while using Signagelive and meldCX?
While using Signagelive and meldCX, you should set the scheduled player on/off time via meldCX. More information can be seen here - https://meldcx.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
Signagelive is not running
meldCX allows you to have setups for multiple displays (one at a time). This means if you are swapping from one display to another, you will need to set up your new display in meldCX. This can be found under the DEVICES Devices tab within the meldCX platform. Select the device you have moved to a new display, Select “Displays” and select Display schedule to display your Signagelive app.
Known limitations
Content zones and/or transparent images can not be shown in front of a webpage or widget. Web pages and widgets will always display on top
