Should you wish to remove Signagelive from your BrightSign device, please do the following:
Power off the BrightSign device and remove the micro SD card
Insert the SD card into your laptop and format it to remove all of the Signagelive configuration files from it
Return the SD card to your BrightSign Player and power it on
Upon completion of the above, Signagelive will no longer be present on your BrightSign device.
Please Note
If your BrightSign Player was configured with B-Deploy or BSN.cloud, we advise factory resetting it and following the steps outlined above to ensure no traces of Signagelive remain.
