If your content isn't showing or updating as expected, your Player Dashboard is the first place to check! The colored icons tell you a lot about your Players' status.
What do the different colours on the Dashboard mean?
The colours on your Player Dashboard are representative of the following:
Green | All good! There are no (or very few) Players with faults β not enough to trigger an Alert or Warning. |
Amber | Heads up! One or more Players are showing a Warning. |
Red | Action needed! One or more Players are showing an Alert. |
How can I configure when these Alerts and Warnings show?
You can customise your Dashboard's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to trigger Alerts and Warnings based on the percentage of Players on your Network experiencing an issue.
For example:
You could set an Amber Warning to show if 10% of your Players fail to perform their scheduled Content Checks.
You could set a Red Alert if that number increases to 20% of your Players.
