Did you know you can customise how alerts and warnings show on your Dashboard for different types of Players? This is super helpful if specific Player models have unique monitoring needs!

Here's how to configure KPI settings for specific Player types:

  1. Log in to your Signagelive Network as an Administrator.

  2. From your Dashboard, click on the "Settings" icon (usually a cog or gear symbol ⚙️) located in the top right corner of the Dashboard section.

  3. On the settings page, look for the section related to "Player Type Specific KPI Settings" (or similar wording, often below Global KPI settings).

  4. Here, you'll be able to:

    • Select a specific Player type from a dropdown list (e.g., LG webOS, Samsung Tizen, BrightSign).

    • Once selected, you can adjust the thresholds for Amber Warnings and Red Alerts specifically for that Player type. These thresholds are typically set by a percentage of Players experiencing an issue.

    • Example: You might set a Warning for 3% of LG webOS Players showing a fault, but an Alert for 8% of BrightSign Players.

  5. Please repeat this process for any other Player types you'd like to customise.

  6. Once you've set all your desired thresholds, click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.

Your Dashboard will now provide even more tailored insights, highlighting issues based on the specific needs of each Player type in your network!
