To make changes to a PC configured with an Electron Windows image, you will need to use the administrator account for the PC, and follow the steps below:

You will need to obtain a password from our Support Team. So before following the steps below, please contact them on the Live Chat. Mention this article, and advise them of the PC Appliance you have.
Restart the PC and hold the shift key when it boots.
This will stop auto-login and allow you to select the administrator account (It will be called “Admin”, “Signagelive Admin” or “Administrator”).
Enter the password to access the Administrator account. (This password can be provided by our Support Team via the Live Chat upon request).
Once complete, you can reboot your PC Appliance to run Signagelive.
