Let's get your Player connected to Signagelive
As Signagelive can be used in a wide array of locations some customers may find that their hardware will be on a network that is very secure and may be wondering whether our solution could be used. We do have many customers within schools and hospitals, so it is possible to use either Domain Names or Static IP Addresses to gain a connection to our servers depending on your own requirements and configuration.
The following guide provides you with the necessary information to connect your Players to Signagelive if you are behind a secure network, depending on your own personal requirements:
