Whether you are a new Signagelive User or a Partner, we adhere to giving you as much support throughout your Signagelive journey as possible. On top of access to our Support Team, we also offer a number of additional resources in the way of Training.
For our Reseller Partners:
We offer a free of charge introduction demonstration to show you the Signagelive user interface as well as covering the commercial aspects of partnering with us. During the introduction we will discuss the resources available to you and show what you can expect as a Signagelive Partner; usually lasting up to 60 minutes and being recorded and shared to you for your benefit.
For Value Added Resellers:
Once confirmed as a Signagelive ‘VAR’, you are invited to complete our Onboarding Process, which is a documented process covering all stages of Signagelive use. You can learn more by speaking with your Signagelive Account Manager or by visiting https://signagelive.com/training/
You will also gain access to online or webinar based sessions with the Signagelive Training team to cover any specific areas of interest. These should be discussed and requested via your Account Manager.
For Signagelive (End) Users
End User onsite or online training sessions can be organised for your customers. We believe that End Users should understand exactly what they have invested their time and money into and as such should be shown exactly how to use Signagelive in a ‘tailored’ training session, on their Network, not a generic session showing generic content.
