Video resource optimisation/improvements.

PM mode bug fixes:
The power on/off button will no longer be intercepted when PM mode isn't enabled.
Screen Takeovers support:
Note: This is only supported on webOS 3.0 and higher
When will my LG webOS devices update?
Your LG webOS devices will automatically update to client version 3.2 within 24 hours or after the next reboot (as long as they're connected to the internet).
What is Screen Takeovers?

Yes! In the past year, we’ve already had a handful of users beta test Screen Takeovers on ChromeOS, BrightSign, and Samsung Tizen players. We'll let you know when Screen Takeovers is ready for release on each of these clients!
