We are often asked about whether it’s possible to upload custom fonts to Signagelive, and the answer is that you cannot. The only exceptions to this are if you are using one of the following:
Message Manager - You'd like to upload a custom font for your Message Manager Templates.
Widget - You would like to incorporate a custom font within your Widget. (See here for details)
Webpage - If you incorporate your custom font within your webpage directly.
To be explicitly clear, you cannot upload custom fonts for RSS Tickers, which is the most common reasoning for this query. The only current options are those explained above to achieve this functionality.
Message Manager Custom Fonts
If you'd like to add custom fonts to your Message Manager templates, contact our Support Team, and we'll help you. We'll need your Signagelive Network Name and the font files (.ttf) you would like to have added.
We will pass this on to our Development Team to have the fonts added, which can usually take up to two 14 days to be completed.
