  • You can only have one Zap that includes Signagelive Webhooks per Signagelive Network. Creating a new Zap with Signagelive Webhooks whilst you already have one in place (linked to the same Signagelive Network) will result in your older Zap failing.

  • Note that if you’re populating Webhook Notifications for Player Activity in your Zaps, this will log data whenever your media player performs a Content Check. Depending on the frequency you have your Content Check set to on your Player to, this can very quickly result in large quantities of data being populated wherever you are sending this data.

  • It’s worth noting that if you’re using Zapier on the Free tier, you’ll be limited to creating Zaps with two steps within them. Particular Zaps/applications are not included in this Free tier of Zapier. While this will allow you to carry out a number of workflows, we recommend considering a Premium tier for your Zapier to get the most out of using Signagelive with Zapier. For more information, see here.

  • Zapier uses 1 task per request; therefore, if you happen to be using the Free Tier or Zapier (and therefore only have 100 Tasks on your account by default) - be wary that enabling Proof of Play will result in those 100 requests being utilized very quickly.

  • In some instances, if your Signagelive account expires in your Zap, we have found that using Zapier’s “Reconnect this account” button will not work. To reconnect your account, delete the connection from the Zap altogether and then re-add it.

  • If you're using Webhooks in your Zaps and have de-selected some Webhooks within the Settings > Webhooks area in Signagelive, disabling and re-enabling the Zap in Zapier will result in all Webhooks being re-selected again. In such an instance, ensure that you go back into Settings > Webhooks and configure which Webhooks you'd like to incorporate into your Zaps accordingly.
