How to remove Signagelive from your device
To remove the Signagelive application from your device, you will need to factory reset the panel - to do so, please follow these steps:
Press HOME on your Sony remote control
Navigate to the Settings Menu in the top right corner
Select System
Select About
Select Reset
Select Factory data reset then press Erase everything
Upon completion of the steps above, your device will reboot and Signagelive will be removed in the process.
Reinstalling Signagelive on your device
Should you wish to reinstall Signagelive on your device, you will need to perform a factory reset to get your device back to its out-of-the-box state. To do so:
Press HOME on your Sony remote control
Navigate to the Settings Menu in the top right corner
Head to System
Select About
Select Reset
Select Factory Reset Data
Select Delete Everything
Upon completing the steps above, your device will reboot and erase all settings. You can then install Signagelive using the steps outlined in this article.
