If you make use of Single-Sign-On in conjunction with any of our supported providers (Okta, OneLogin, Microsoft Entra ID, PingFederate), then you can now synchronise groups of users into Signagelive from your chosen application.

Assigning the Signagelive application:

Before provisioning your groups into Signagelive, you’ll need to have the Signagelive application added to your AD instance. Follow our relevant documentation below to ensure this is configured:

The process for provisioning groups of users into Signagelive will differ depending on the application you are using. Please see your application’s relevant documentation on provisioning user groups, then ensure the Signagelive application is assigned to your group.

Please Note

If when accessing the User Manager (Settings > Users) in Signagelive you do not see your group appear as a folder along the left-hand side, please press CTRL + F5 in Signagelive and see if this rectifies this. If not, please contact our Support Team.

Pro Tip

Changing the permission levels of the User Group within Signagelive will result in any users being provisioned to that group adopting the permissions set at the group level. For more information - see this article.
