How do I export my slideshow in a supported format?

First things first, you will need to ensure that your document and any of its contents are set to play, auto play and transition correctly so that your slideshow will progress without interaction when being viewed. You can configure all of these things within PowerPoint before saving your slideshow.

Now, you’ll need to save your slideshow as a video file. You can do this by following these steps:

  • Select File > Export > Create a Video

  • Select Save As Type

  • Choose MPEG4 Video (.mp4) as the file type

  • Select Save

You can find out more about this Microsoft Powerpoint process here.

Please Note

Users have reported that the MP4 files outputted from Powerpoint may not always work correctly with our application. We would recommend you encode the resulting video file, using this guide and the accompanying software, before uploading it to your network.
