How do I prepare my slideshow?
First things first, you will need to ensure that your document and any of its contents are set to play, auto play and transition correctly so that your slideshow will progress without interaction when being viewed. You can configure all of these things within Google Slides before saving your slideshow.
Now, you’ll need to Publish your slideshow to the web. You can do this by following these steps:
Select File
Select Publish to Web
Select Link tab
Select a duration for slides to ‘auto-advance’
This will be the duration each slide is shown for before progressing to the next slide
Select ‘Start slideshow as soon as the player loads’
Select 'Restart the slideshow after the last slide’
Select Publish
How do I upload my slideshow?
You will be given a sharing URL for your slideshow, which can now be uploaded to your Signagelive Network. To upload your content, follow these steps:
Login to your Signagelive Network
Select Content
Select Playlists
Select Create/ Edit
Select Add (+ button)
Select Web Page
Enter a title for your Asset

Paste the Google Slide sharing URL into the URL text box
Select Save
Your Slideshow will now be uploaded as a media asset and added to your Asset Library, ready for you to use within a Signagelive Playlist. You can more learn about creating and managing Playlists in this Help Centre section.
How can I update my slideshow?
Now that your slideshow is published to the web, you can simply update the Google slides document with any changes, and this will then automatically update on your Signagelive Player the next time the asset loads in a playlist.
