Playlists are the heart of your digital signage content in Signagelive! They define the order and timing of what plays on your screens. This guide will show you how to easily create new Playlists and open existing ones.
How do I create a new Playlist?
Creating a new Playlist is quick and easy:
Log in to your Signagelive Network.
From the top navigation menu, select Content > Playlists > Create/Edit
From here, you can start adding content from your Asset Library directly to your Playlist Time, and utilise the drag-and-drop function along with other features to determine when, where, and how your individual assets will play within your Playlist.
You can click the Save icon to store your Playlist when you are satisfied with your work. You will then be prompted to provide your new Playlist with a clear and memorable Name (e.g., "Main Lobby Loop," "Retail Promotions - Q3," "Cafeteria Menu") in the Save Playlist modal.
When you are happy with your Playlist Name, please click Save.
Your new playlist will now be created, and you will be taken directly to the playlist editor, ready to start adding your content!

How to Open a Playlist
To work on an existing Playlist or check its contents, you simply need to open it:
Log in to your Signagelive Network.
From the top navigation menu, select Content > Playlists > Create/Edit
On the Playlists page, you'll see a list of all your created Playlists.
To open a specific Playlist, simply click on its name.
This will take you to the Playlist editor, where you can view, edit, add, or remove content from that Playlist.
