Your Signagelive account will be locked if you enter your password incorrectly 5 times when trying to login to the user interface. In the event of this, you will be sent a system generated email. To unlock your account you will be required to reset your password; please follow the Forgotten Password process to do this.
When setting your new password, please refer to the password requirements in this article.
Administrators also have the ability to request a password reset on a user's behalf. Please reach out to the respective person/s for assistance with this, if applicable.
