The Signagelive Support Team is available between 08:00 am to 00:00 am Monday to Friday (UK Time). Outside of the above listed working hours, Signagelive customers can still use the Live Chat system to leave a message for our Support or Sales Teams, which will be automatically generated as a ticket and responded to as soon as possible.
Please NoteWe are currently implementing a Singapore based Support Team with a view that we move our support coverage 24/5 hours coverage by the end of 2021.
Ways to contact us
To contact the Support Team, you can use any of the following methods that best suit you:
- Email: Drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and a ticket will be automatically created.
- Help Centre: Click the Submit a Request option at the top of our Help Centre to create your ticket with us.
- Live Chat: At the top of your Signagelive account you will find a Live Chat option. Clicking this option will launch our chat interface and you will be able to begin asking questions to our Answer Bot or select to chat directly with a member of our team.
- Telephone: If you are a Premium/Enterprise customer or a Reseller, you can call us via our team via our contacts page and then select the Support Team option via the phone menu.
We also use a self service feature upon using our Email, Help Centre or Live Chat services, so you will be given three potential answers to your questions which may help you resolve your query prior to discussing this with our Support Team.
