Unlike typical installations of Signagelive on BrightSign devices, when installing Signagelive on an LGUV5N please ensure that you do not extract/unzip the Signagelive client when adding to your USB stick during configuration.

Follow the steps below to manually install Signagelive for BrightSign client on your LGV5N panel:

Download the ‘signagelive.zip’ archive (see below)

1. For devices accessing Signagelive via our <a href="https://login.signagelive.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">London server (eu-west-2-1)</a>, you can download the latest series 5 client <a href="https://clients.signagelive.com/brightsign/series5/Signagelive.zip" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.
2. For devices accessing Signagelive via our <a href="https://ap-southeast-2-1-login.signagelive.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Sydney server (ap-southeast-2-1)</a>, you can download the latest series 5 client <a href="https://ap-southeast-2-1-clients.signagelive.com/brightsign/series5/Signagelive.zip" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.

Factory reset LGUV5N, either via the <a href="https://docs.brightsign.biz/manage/diagnostic-web-server-dws" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">BrightSign DWS</a>, or manually.

Place the ‘signagelive.zip’ archive (still zipped) onto a blank USB stick.

Reboot and allow the client to install - it will install to the FLASH storage as there is no SD card.

For devices accessing Signagelive via our <a href="https://ap-southeast-2-1-login.signagelive.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Sydney server (ap-southeast-2-1)</a>, you can download the latest series 5 client <a href="https://ap-southeast-2-1-clients.signagelive.com/brightsign/series5/Signagelive.zip" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.
2. Factory reset LGUV5N, either via the <a href="https://docs.brightsign.biz/manage/diagnostic-web-server-dws" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">BrightSign DWS</a>, or manually.
3. Place the ‘signagelive.zip’ archive (still zipped) onto a blank USB stick.
4. Plug USB into the LGUV5N panel.
5. Reboot and allow the client to install - it will install to the FLASH storage as there is no SD card.

Upon completing the steps above, your device will automatically reboot a couple of times before showing the Signagelive client on-screen.

Should you wish to configure remotely you can also install using B-Deploy.

You should see a message telling you to move the D-pad to the left to initiate the factory reset.

Follow the instructions and the Factory Reset process will commence
