If you uploaded assets between July 19th and 28th, we recommend that you re-upload them should you plan to use them moving forward. Any assets uploaded between these dates may not have been hosted on our servers due to a service-impacting issue at Rackspace at the time.

Pushing these assets to your player will result in your player staying on an In Progress status indefinitely or until the asset is replaced.

There is currently no chance of this issue happening again, as we have since revised the way our assets are stored and served up to the dashboard.
