The easiest way to find the Serial Number via your Signagelive Network is to:
Start by logging in to Signagelive Network
Now, either use the Player Dashboard information to find your Player Serial (e.g., it's the numbers that appear before the Player Name), or, if easier, click on Network > Manage, and the Player Serial Number can be found under the Player column on the far left.
