Mersive Solstice Device: Your Solstice device must have an active internet connection.

By pairing Signagelive's Browser Player with your Mersive Solstice device, you can turn your single-screen screensaver or collaboration display into a dedicated digital signage solution, unlocking new possibilities for communication and engagement.
Supported Content Types
Images: JPEG, PNG formats are supported for vibrant visuals.
Web Pages: Display any web-based content directly on your screens.
Marketplace Apps/Widgets: Access and utilise various interactive applications from the Signagelive Marketplace.
HLS Streams: Only HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) is supported for video content.
Please Note
Mersive Solstice devices do not cache content locally. A stable internet connection is always required for your Signagelive content to play on the device.

Step-by-Step Installation Guide:
Follow these steps to install and activate Signagelive on your Mersive Solstice device:
Connect Your Solstice Device to the Internet:
Plug a keyboard and mouse into your Mersive Solstice device.
Connect the device to the internet using either an Ethernet cable or a Wi-Fi connection.
Download and Open Solstice Dashboard:
On your PC or laptop, download the Solstice Dashboard application: Click here to download Solstice Dashboard
Once downloaded, open the application.
Discover Your Solstice Device:
Inside the Solstice Dashboard, click the "Discover" button.
If your Solstice device is on the same network as your PC, it should automatically appear in the list. Select your device.
Navigate to Digital Signage Settings:
After selecting your device, go to the "Digital Signage" tab.
Enable Digital Signage:
Ensure the "Enabled" checkbox is ticked. This will reveal several configuration options below.
Configure Full-Screen Playback:
Tick the "Full Screen" checkbox.
In the "Source URL" field, copy and paste the following URL:
https://clients.signagelive.com/browserplayer/latest/index.html
Apply Settings and Activate:
Click "Apply".
Your unique 6-digit activation code should now appear on the screen connected to your Mersive Solstice device. Use this code to activate your player within your Signagelive network. (See the next section for activating the player.)
Activating Your Signagelive Player in Your Network:
Once you have your 6-digit activation code, you'll need to configure your Mersive Solstice player within your Signagelive network.

Troubleshooting: Digital Signage Automatically Disables
Issue: If your Mersive Solstice device is used extensively or with resource-intensive content, the Signagelive player might automatically disable digital signage to prevent performance degradation. When this happens, the device will revert to its default home screen.
Solution:
Remove Content: Reduce the amount of content or remove particularly demanding pieces from your Signagelive schedule.
Relaunch Player via Solstice Dashboard:
Load the Solstice Dashboard application on your PC.
Check for your device IP.
In the "Digital Signage" tab, you will see a red notification: "Digital signage is disabled as performance degradation is observed."
Click the "Apply" button within the "Digital Signage" tab.
The Signagelive player should now reconnect and display your updated content.
