Requirements before you begin:

  • A PC Appliance (>ver1.0.35)

  • A valid Signagelive licence

The Signagelive integration with Quividi works using RTEs. While Signagelive displays the content, Quividi analyses your audience. Our integration links the audience data to your players' pre-staged content for more personalized and targeted content delivery.

How does Quividi/Signagelive look in an actual setup?

  1. An RTE Template is applied to a player or asset within Signagelive

  2. Quividi is configured on a secondary 'Edge device' connected over the same LAN

  3. Content with the RTE template plays on the Signagelive player

  4. The asset starts playing and an RTE event is fired until Asset Completion is reached

  5. A webcam measures the number of customers and how long they 'dwell' (dwell time). This information gives an Audience breakdown by Gender and Dwell Time.

  6. Finally, impression data is sent to your Quividi Edge device and logged to the users Quividi account for you to use in custom reports

The benefit of the 'Audience per Clip - Quividi' template

With this template applied to your content, you can measure how many people you delivered a certain asset to during a Signagelive schedule's lifetime. A handy tool should you wish to offer additional context to your Contents ROI metrics.

Quividi keeps track of the content seen by each person and uploads anonymised data to the cloud. In this way, you can generate a wide range of analytics that can be broken down on a content basis.

Example of Quividi reported data

Content A:

  • The average dwell time of 4.58 seconds

  • Male viewers make up 40% of the audience and made up more than 70% of the dwell time

  • These metrics can then target, engage, and enhance your advertising campaign.

The good thing about the integration with Quividi is that the messages sent from your Signagelive device to Quividi will be provided as templates for easy configuration so you can jump to the steps below.

Please Note

Quividi offers a paid-for audience measurement service. The templates provided by Signagelive to enable this integration also cost. If you have not done so, please contact your Signagelive Account Manager for details. Alternatively, you can reach out via the contact page here.
