AM/PM 12 Hour format for scheduling of content

A toggle switch in the Profile settings for any Signagelive user to be able to view all time data in a 12 hour format, as oppose to the default 24 hour interface we currently offer. The main focus would be to make scheduling of content easier and more accessible.
