Extend tip windows to the entire website

I think you guys have done a great job with the new player dashboard, specially with the new tip windows. I'd love to see something similar when you hover the cursor in every single section and field of the website, ideally with a "find out more" link pointing to an article in the Help Centre. Ideally this could be deactivated in each user profile.
