Maintain Aspect Ratio When Re-Sizing Static Images In A Layout

Feature request: the ability to maintain aspect ratio when re sizing static images in a layout. Perhaps by ticking an option in the "Size and Position" section and/or with keys shift+alt, ctrl+alt when re sizing with the mouse.
